Every Casey Eves Design interior design project begins with getting to know you – not just your space – and building the foundation of trust and confidence we’ll need to do something great together. These two-hour sessions are offered for a nominal fee of $300, and are an ideal way to see how I would approach designing your space – and whether we’re right for each other – without any obligation. After the consultation, if you choose to DIY your project, you’ll have an actionable plan to follow. To book your consultation, contact me today.
If you choose to have me work on your project beyond the initial consultation, my rate is $100 per hour. Some of the ways in which I work with clients are as follows:
- Home Design: I can help you identify and apply your personal style. This could encompass working on your whole home or simply rethinking certain aspects of your design including paint colors, a single room, new furniture, lighting, etc.
- Project management: As a licensed contractor, I am able to manage all aspects of your remodel or renovation project including hiring and managing sub-contractors.
CABINET PAINTING
- $75 per face (door/drawer) + cost of materials (averages ~$300 for average kitchen project)
- Thorough color Consultation based on your existing decor and finishes
- Expertly refresh your existing cabinets with Benjamin Moore primer and Advance paint for a factory smooth finish using a refined method of spraying, brushing and roller.
- New hardware consultation if desired
HOME STAGING
Staging a home for sale is a necessity in today’s real estate climate. Almost every major network has home renovation shows. Most buyers begin their home search online, where the MLS listing photos will help them to decide if they want to see it in person. A home must be staged well to allow buyers to connect with it emotionally. I can help you by being an impartial set of eyes trained to highlight a home’s best qualities. You can work with a home stager as a realtor or as a homeowner. I’m a firm believer in starting to get your house ready for the market before you even hire your realtor!
Staging Consultation – $150 for 1.5 hours
- Meet with homeowner and/or realtor in the property
- Will do a full and thorough walkthrough of the home
- Will make small changes on the spot
- Will come prepared with Benjamin Moore paint decks to make paint recommendations
- Will provide a full report at the end of the visit with all recommendations
