Barboursville Main Bath
Shower for two, anyone? This bathroom remodel corrected an absolutely wonky layout that didn’t take advantage of the available square footage. We knocked down a wall and reframed the space for one large shower and tiled it with floor to ceiling subway tiles accented with classic black and marble on the floors and niche. The flooring was also switched out to a large format tile.
The walls in this room got completely clad in shiplap, making it truly a farmhouse bathroom.
We kept the existing vanity and painted it the same color as the island in the kitchen. It got updated with new white quartz counters, new faucets, new mirrors, and new lighting.
Finally, we replaced the old jacuzzi tub with a stand alone tub with a vintage feel tub filler and new sconces to flank the tub alcove.
